Refund policy

At Saa Chocolates, we take utmost care in preparing, packing, and delivering your chocolates fresh and in perfect condition. We look forward to provide our customers high quality confections. Since our products are perishable, all the purchases will be final and non- refundable.

Order Modification (address change/order quantity change) details needs to be sent via the email address or mobile number on records within 24 hours of placing an order. Saa Chocolates is not liable for incorrect order information provided by customers.

We will ship your order to the shipping address(es) you provide. Please specify detailed address including H.no/Flat no, Street Address, Apartment Name, Landmark, Area name Etc additional details whatever required.

Saa Chocolates is not responsible for failed deliveries when:

  1. You provide an incorrect or changed address
  2. Your recipient is out of town or not available, or
  3. You do not respond to delivery partner within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt.

Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment/relabelling for the courier.

Any package which is lost/stolen that have been confirmed delivered to the recipients address by our third party delivery partners, cannot be refunded nor exchanged.

If an item you ordered is unavailable post confirmation of the order, we will inform you of such unavailability. In which case:

  1. If You have made the payment: you will be entitled to cancel the order and refund of the full amount paid for the product.
  2. If you opted for cash on delivery: You will be entitled to cancel the order.
