We take utmost care to deliver your chocolates fresh and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully.
- We deliver through trusted courier partners.
- Delivery to remote or restricted areas may take longer or may not be possible. In such cases, our team will inform you.
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 4-5 days of confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Deliveries depend on the Pin code/Area.
- Delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or festive rush.
- Free shipping may be offered above a certain order value (as per ongoing offers).
- Shipping charges, which are payable by the purchaser, are extra, and vary by destination. Details are available upon request from us or will be displayed at checkout.
- We use secure, food-grade, and insulated packaging(as in required) to maintain product quality during transit.
- Extra care is taken during summer months to protect chocolates from melting.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
- You can track the shipment status directly through our courier partner’s portal.
- Couriers usually attempt delivery two times. If the customer is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the order may be marked as undeliverable – Refunds will not be possible in such cases please refer our refund policy to know more).
- Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment/relabelling for the courier.
