  • By using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and other policies displayed on the site.
  • We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Orders

  • Our products include chocolates, hampers, and related items. Images are for representation purposes only; actual products may vary slightly in appearance, packaging, or weight.
  • Orders are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we may offer an alternative or issue a refund.
  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept payments via secure online gateways (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, etc.).
  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

4. Packaging, Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Chocolates are perishable; please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
  • Additional packaging charges are applicable for orders to be delivered outside Hyderabad. Our packaging ensures that the chocolates reach you in right condition for you to enjoy.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the perishable nature of chocolates, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered and all the purchases will be final and non – refundable.
  • If an item ordered by purchaser is unavailable post confirmation of the order, we may offer an alternative or issue a refund of already paid.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Allergies & Consumption

  • Our products may contain or come in contact with nuts, dairy, soy, wheat, or other allergens.
  • Manufactured in a facility that also processes products containing tree nuts.
  • Customers are responsible for checking ingredients before consumption.
  • We are not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues caused by our products.

7. Storage Condition:

  • To be stored in 18-22°C , Store in a cool, dry place & away from direct sunlight. 
  • Temperature and humidity changes may cause product to develop a whitish layer without affecting the fitness for consumption.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • While we take utmost care in the preparation and delivery of our products, we shall not be held liable for:
    • Delays in delivery beyond our control
    • Damages caused during transit
    • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Our liability, if any, will be limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad,Telangana.
